While it can be microwaved, do not heat continuously to avoid damaging the printed surface.
 
Do not use in an oven or over an open flame.
 
Furthermore, do not use dishwashers, metal cleaning brushes, or abrasives, as these may cause the print to peel off.
 
Do not use volatile substances such as benzene or paint thinner.
 
About the product
 
Although we double-inspect mugs purchased from the manufacturer, the following conditions are considered acceptable and will be processed and shipped as is:
 
* Pinholes outside the rim and printed surface (this is caused by air bubbles remaining in the glaze after glazing due to air pockets on the unglazed surface).
 
* Individual size variations of a few millimeters.
 
* Minor dents, chips, or scratches on the bottom.
 
* Due to uneven glazing on unglazed ceramic surfaces, the color of the underlying clay may be visible.
 
* Black spots on the body (iron elements in the clay may form black spots during firing).
